Fifteen Cornwall sparkles under the spire!
Last Friday saw our Fifteen Cornwall chefs cater for “Sparkle under the Spire” – a lavish dinner for over 300 people complete with performances by Truro Cathedral Choir and the Choral Scholars, organised by Lady Mary Holborow to celebrate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee. The event was raising funds for the Inspire Cornwall Appeal and was sponsored by Dairy Crest, First Great Western and Ginsters. Events management students at Cornwall College were also on hand to assist during the evening.
