Hold on to your foodie hats… with the return of Fifteen Cornwall’s Totally Cornish lunch menu. In a showcase of Cornwall’s talented food producers and suppliers, this three-course menu features the very best of Cornish seasonal produce – and costs a mere £19.95 per person.

Running from 26th September to 21st October (Monday – Friday), you’ll be tempted by dishes like grilled Cornish sardine, Zucca farm beets and herby creme fraiche, roast leg of Bre Pen farm lamb, crushed ratte potatoes, rainbow chard and mint and for dessert, Cornish apple and blackberry charlotte with Rodda’s gooey clotted cream – Cornish produce at its best.

‘Totally Cornish’ is taking part in the Celebration of Food 2011. All profits from the restaurant are ploughed into the The Cornwall Foundation of Promise. This funds Fifteen Cornwall’s essential apprentice chef programme – training young disadvantaged people – helping them become the chefs of the future.
