Disabled access

We want to make Fifteen Cornwall as accessible as possible for our customers.

Parking

We have one disabled car parking bay located either side of the decking area in front of the large Fifteen sign in the far corner of the car park.

Accessibility

Wheel chair users can access the restaurant via a Stairmate Major stair lift – a similar design to the ones used at Clapham Junction Rail station, the Foreign office, numerous universities and many other public buildings. It ascends and descends stairs carrying a motorised wheelchair for guest weighing up to 125kgs.

Our reservations staff will make a note at the time of booking and our trained restaurant staff will be on hand to operate the lift. We can also provide a wheelchair for use on the Stairmate where required. Please let us know at the time of booking.

All tables, toilets and reception desk in the single level restaurant area are accessible for wheelchair users and those with impaired eyesight. For those with impaired hearing, we take payment for meals at the table rather than at a busy, noisy cash desks. Menus can be printed in larger font on request for those with impaired sight.

Guide dogs and Hearing dogs are welcome. In addition, Fifteen Cornwall’s General Manager has completed disability awareness training and has disability awareness training in place for all other staff.
