Spring is in the air at Fifteen Cornwall and to celebrate the very best of the season’s produce we are holding another of our renowned Spring Farmers’ Markets. Our talented local suppliers will be showcasing their wonderful produce and our head chef, Andy Appleton, will be demonstrating the latest dishes alongside other guest chefs. From spring vegetables to Cornish fish, local meat to artisan foods, we will have it all.
The Fifteen Cornwall Farmers’ Market will take place in the Extreme Academy car park, in front of the restaurant at Watergate Bay 9am – 3:30pm. It is free to attend.
This is your chance to learn the tricks of the trade with Fifteen Cornwall’s new pasta-making workshops. Launching at our Spring Farmers’ Market, our chefs will be showing off their pasta making prowess. If you would like to become a pasta perfectionist then simply sign up for a course.
