Spring is the perfect time of year for our local suppliers and growers to celebrate their Cornish harvest, and what better place to showcase them than at Fifteen Cornwall. Now in its seventh year, our renowned farmers’ market will be bustling with all sorts of seasonal produce, from spring veggies to Cornish fish, local meat to artisan cheese and bread, we will have it all!
Head Chef, Andy Appleton, will be taking to the stage along with other guest chefs to demonstrate their pick of the season’s dishes and our pasta making workshops will be running throughout the day.
10am - Dave Jones (Origin Coffee)
10.30am - Stuart Pate (Executive Pastry Chef, The Seafood Restaurant, Padstow)
11.30am - Frank Linn (Brian Etherington Meat Company, butchery)
12.30pm - Tom Hunter (Head Chef, The Scarlet Hotel, Mawgan Porth)
1.30pm - Andy Appleton & Gordon Lawrence (Head Chef & Head Sommelier, Fifteen Cornwall)
