Fifteen Worldwide

There are now 4 Fifteen restaurants across the world - London, Amsterdam, Cornwall and Melbourne.

Each restaurant is dedicated to the same inspirational goals as set out originally by Jamie Oliver and the team at Fifteen London. So each year, up to 20 trainee-chefs are offered the once in a lifetime opportunity to turn their lives around through the Fifteen training programme.

In early 2005, the deal was done to bring Fifteen to Watergate Bay, and building work began at the beginning of 2006 to refurbish the upper level of the Beach Hut into a restaurant with an open plan kitchen, amazing sea views and which could seat up to 100 diners, plus another 12 in a private dining room. Builders worked tirelessly day and night over a period of four months to ensure that the restaurant would be open for a set launch date in May 2006.

In 2002, Jamie Oliver combined two ambitions: to open a top class restaurant and to give disadvantaged youngsters the chance to gain professional training that would set them up for an independent, inspired and productive life. Seven years on, Fifteen is still achieving both, improving and expanding all the time.
