We’d like to say a big welcome to our newest recruits! Our fourth cohort of apprentices finished their NVQ training at Cornwall College earlier this year and have been with us at Fifteen Cornwall since the end of March. There are 12 of them on the books right now, learning the ropes in the kitchen! Look out for them – they’re the ones in the white hats working alongside our team of professional chefs in the black hats!
