At Fifteen Cornwall, we’re spoiled by the number of amazing local producers we have access to, which is why a minimum of 80% of all the ingredients we use come from Cornwall. Take a look below at some of the producers who are helping to make the food we serve at Fifteen Cornwall so fantastic:

Matthew Stevens & Son, St Ives
Matt Stevens is a legend in Cornwall when it comes to fresh fish and seafood. He always brings us the freshest seasonal fish from Cornish day boats.

St Austell Brewery
St Austell Brewery produce a fabulous range of real ales and beers.

The Cornish Pig Co, Tresorn Farm, Bissoe, Truro.
Excellent free range pork from the rare Large Black breed, a traditional pig breed that originated in Cornwall.

Tregida Smokehouse, Launceston.
Traditionally oak-smoked fish, meat and game, including dry cured, slowly smoked salmon, cheddar and duck.

Without doubt the finest cheese shop in Cornwall, offering countless types of cheese, all matured on site so that they are presented at their peak. The Cheese Shop specialises in local cheeses, including many organic and unpasteurised types.

Buttervilla Funky Leaves, Torpoint.
Heirloom variety tomatoes that taste incredible and every kind of lettuce you can think of – plus a lot you’ve probably never heard of! They also supply a range of organic vegetables.

Boddington’s Berries, Mevagissey
The Boddington family grow the sweetest, juiciest strawberries – they taste of the perfect summer in Cornwall.

Clarence Court, Liskeard
The hens at Clarence Court are from old-fashioned breeds such as the Old Cotswold Legbar and the Burford Brown. Allowed to roam freely and given a totally natural diet, the hens produce seriously good eggs.

Sally Lugg rears her own traditional and rare breed pigs and produces fabulous quality sausages, dry cure bacon, gammon and hogs pudding (a Cornish delicacy!).

Tregothnan Tea, Truro
Hard to believe, I know, but the tea served at Fifteen Cornwall is grown on an estate near Truro, less than 15 miles away. The conditions at the estate are perfect for growing the finest quality tea – better even than Darjeeling in India. Tregothnan is the first ever true English tea – the traditional English drink has finally come home!

Padstow Farm Foods, Padstow
Matthew Watson Smyth’s salad leaves and vegetables are freshly picked for Fifteen Cornwall every day and there’s always a great selection of interesting and unusual varieties.

John and Mollie Bolton rear great-tasting free range Cobb chickens, farming in an environmentally sensitive way and feeding the birds a non-GM diet. If you tried the chicken at Fifteen Cornwall and loved it, you can find John and Mollie (and their chickens!) at Lostwithiel, St Austell and Liskeard farmers markets.

Treleaven’s Luxury Cornish Ice Cream, East Looe

Treleaven’s create the Cornish version of Italian artisan ice cream using traditional methods. Cornish milk and cream, real fruit and natural flavours are the only ingredients they use.

From Plough to Plate bring together foods from dozens of artisan Cornish producers, making it easy for restaurants and hotels to get the best produce – everything from apple juice to yogurt - from Cornwall. This has the dual benefit of allowing the smallest producers to reach a bigger audience while also combining transport to reduce ‘food miles’.
