The Trustees of the Cornwall Foundation of Promise and the Directors of Fifteen Cornwall would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has been so generous in helping to get Fifteen Cornwall off the ground. Without the following people and companies, Fifteen Cornwall would not have happened:

	The Hotel & Extreme Academy, Watergate Bay Without the Hotel & Extreme Academy, Fifteen Cornwall would never have happened – the project was conceived, supported and financially backed by this forward thinking business.
	Restormel Borough Council Restormel Borough Council initiated the entire project, made considerable investment and managed the capital bid process.
	Government Office South West - Objective One Without funding from Objective One, Fifteen Cornwall would never have seen the light of day.
	The South West Regional Development Agency, Exeter Without funding from the South West RDA, Fifteen Cornwall would never have got off the ground.
	Cornwall County Council Cornwall County Council contributed funding for Fifteen Cornwall and has been a tireless supporter of the project.
	Cornwall College, Camborne Cornwall College has provided the students with all the vocational training they need to become qualified chefs while also having been instrumental in making bids for public money.
	Job Centre Plus, Truro Job Centre Plus was instrumental in recruiting the students, and also contributed very significant funding through both their Community Action Team budget and co-financing. They have moved heaven and earth to make sure Fifteen Cornwall was possible.
	Devon and Cornwall Learning Skills Council The Devon and Cornwall Learning Skills Council has given Fifteen Cornwall tremendous support and has provided invaluable funding through both their Local Initiative Fund and co-financing.
	Penwith District Council Penwith DC has provided funding for a student from their district.
	The Children’s and Young People’s Partnership The Partnership’s Freestyle programme will provide support to the apprentices on an individual basis from the Extended Learner Support Fund.
	HSBC Bank, Newquay HSBC has been very generous with a major donation and has also funded a fantastic IT training suite adjacent to the restaurant for the use of students.
	St Austell Brewery, St Austell St Austell Brewery has made a substantial donation, given us top of the range refrigerators for the restaurant and will be providing ongoing training for the restaurant staff.
	Barclays Bank, Newquay Barclays has provided funding for the students sourcing trips.
	White Stuff, London The restaurant staff have been fully kitted out in super-cool White Stuff clothing.
	Clarks The new 2007 summer uniform has been kindly supported by Clarks Shoes who have provided the front of house team with super cool Funky Doo shoes for the girls and Power Run for the boys!
	The National Trust, Lanhydrock House, Bodmin The amazing reception desk at Fifteen Cornwall was made with a 200 year-old beech tree trunk donated by the National Trust and felled by expert tree surgeon Matt Lewis.
	Bond Pearce, Plymouth Bond Pearce provided plenty of sound legal advice on a pro-bono basis.
	Savills Valuable pro bono advice from this great chartered surveying company.
	Gauntlet Insurance Gauntlet gave us invaluable advice and free insurance brokerage.
	Brit Insurance Primary provided us with free insurance cover.
	Energy Helpline Energy Helpline were instrumental in negotiating excellent electricity contracts for Fifteen Cornwall.
	Scottish Power Help with setting up Fifteen Cornwall’s electricity supply and great rates.
	Winners Personnel, Truro Winners help us to find the best staff.
	Fifteen Restaurant, London Fifteen London has shown us the way…
	Kin Knives Kin Knives are top quality Japanese knives and the company has kindly agreed to support the Cornwall Foundation of Promise by donating 4 knives a year. Every three months, a knife will be presented to the top apprentice of that quarter.
