The training programme is a mix of time spent at catering college, work placements at other great restaurants, fantastic produce sourcing trips to exciting places and, of course, cooking at Fifteen Cornwall under the guidance of experienced chefs.

The Cornwall Foundation of Promise will support you throughout your training and as you begin your career; whatever obstacles have previously stood in the way of your success, we’ll help you to overcome them. This could be the start of an amazing career in the restaurant industry…

What happens next?
If you fit the bill, you may be asked to attend a face-to-face interview at the Fifteen Cornwall open day. At this event, there will be plenty of opportunity to find out about Fifteen Cornwall and the training programme. There will also be lots of information on the catering industry and college courses. You’ll even get the chance to meet some of this year's students to find out just what it’s like working at Fifteen Cornwall.
