You’ll need to be a pretty inspiring person yourself – you’ll be a role model for twenty young people from disadvantaged backgrounds who are trying to turn their lives around and make names for themselves in the restaurant industry. You’ll need to be a great chef/kitchen porter/waiter – that goes without saying. But you’ll also need to support, motivate and understand the needs of our students as they learn and develop. Waiting and Bar Staff - permanent positions

Fifteen Cornwall is looking for permanent bar staff that can embody the Fifteen vibe - people with real energy, enthusiasm and great personalities.

Although full training will be provided, the successful applicant will need an excellent attention to detail, a capacity to work in a busy environment, must be keen to learn the high standard of service expected at a Fifteen restaurant and be able to work as part of the front of house team.
