The training programme aims to be a life changing mix of education, training, self-development and fun. Yes, we’ll push you but we’ll open your eyes to so many great things including new qualifications, a chance to visit Italy, hands on training from professional chefs and a truly inspirational environment to work in.

The Cornwall Foundation of Promise is in place to support you throughout your training and as you begin your career. What happens next?

Assuming you fit the bill, we’ll invite you to a face-to-face interview at the Fifteen Cornwall open day where you can discover more about the restaurant and what the training programme can do for you. Our existing group of apprentice chefs will be there to share what life is like at Fifteen Cornwall and we’ll also have plenty of information on the catering industry and college courses.
