If there’s one thing the team at Fifteen Cornwall knows a lot about, it’s how to make perfect pasta. Cooking Italian inspired food is at the heart of everything we do and if you’ve ever tried our Mafaldine alla bolognaise or Tortellini of English pea and ham hock, you’ll know what we mean!
This is your chance to learn the tricks of the trade with Fifteen Cornwall’s new pasta-making workshops. Launching at our Spring Farmers’ Market, Head Chef, Andy Appleton and his team of Fifteen Cornwall chefs will be showing off their pasta making prowess. If you’d like to become a pasta perfectionist then simply sign up for a course.
Learn how to make the perfect pasta dough, how to flavour and fill pasta and how to create all the different fiddly pasta shapes. We will teach you the difference between pappardelle, ravioli and farfalle (and how to pronounce them) and our experienced Fifteen Cornwall chefs will be on hand to answer all your pasta related questions and pass on a few pasta secrets.
The workshops will be running on the hour throughout the day starting at 10am and will last for 45 minutes. As part of your workshop you will also get some Fifteen Cornwall pasta recipes and be able to impress your family and friends with the fresh pasta that you’ve made on the day and the new skills you have learnt.
To book your place please head to our online shop or contact our reservations team on 01637 861000.
