Fifteen Restaurants
There are now 4 Fifteen restaurants across the world - London, Amsterdam, Cornwall and Melbourne.
Each restaurant is dedicated to the same inspirational goals as set out originally by Jamie Oliver and the team at Fifteen London.
So each year, up to 20 trainee-chefs are offered the once in a lifetime opportunity to turn their lives around through the Fifteen training programme.

In 2002, Jamie Oliver combined two ambitions: to open a top class restaurant and to give disadvantaged youngsters the chance to gain professional training that would set them up for an independent, inspired and productive life. Five years on, Fifteen is still achieving both, improving and expanding all the time. |

In 2003, Sarriel Taus and Coen Alewijnse were captivated by an article they read about a project lead by the world famous chef Jamie Oliver. Fed by their affinity for this form of business, they were inspired to create a Dutch version of Jamie Oliver's project: a combination restaurant and a chef's school for young people struggling to find opportunities in the greater region of Amsterdam. This finally resulted in a partnership with Fifteen London in which the English partners were prepared to lend their name and know-how to the restaurant in Amsterdam and in December 2004 Fifteen Amsterdam was launched! **Stay one or two nights at the Lloyd Hotel with dinner at Fifteen Amsterdam (€145/€225 per person)** For further details visit www.lloydhotel.com/fifteen or phone + 31 (0)20 561 36 05 and ask for the Fifteen Special. |

Fifteen Melbourne opened its doors in September 2006 to an eagerly awaiting public, as well as to a group of unemployed young people, who were ready and waiting to start a new career in the catering industry. The kitchen is run by Melbourne born Executive Chef, Tobie Putock, who had previously spent over 2 years working with Jamie at Fifteen London.
