




Something to whet your appetite… Each and every day our menu changes. Twice!
For lunch we might serve a crispy fillet of john dory which Matt, our fish merchant, landed in St Ives that morning. Then James our scallop diver will drop by clutching a net of deliciously plump and sweet hand dived scallops. They’ll be just the thing for the evening tasting menu.
And that’s how it goes at Fifteen Cornwall: a steady stream of fresher than fresh produce from wonderful Cornish producers. Then it’s the turn of our chefs to add a little Cornish flare to the rustic Italian dishes we’re known for.
