Schools and groups

As a social enterprise, part of our commitment to getting involved with the local community is to host visits from local primary schools and other community groups.

These visits give kids an insight in to what we do at Fifteen Cornwall and also teach them about different foods and the importance of local sourcing. They will have the chance to get ‘hands on’ by making pasta, as well as sampling a variety of different foods.

We do not charge for the visits but as we are run by a registered charity, The Cornwall Foundation of Promise, we always welcome donations.

Visit details:

We host visits from the beginning of October through to Easter. Visits outside of these dates (apart from July and August which are definite black out months), will be considered on an individual basis and will depend on how busy the restaurant is.

We can take a maximum of 30 children.

The session will start promptly at 9.30am and finish at 11am. On arrival the children will be divided into 2 groups. Half will make pasta whilst the other half sample different produce. Both groups will then swap.

The session will end with the children sampling a bowl of pasta

Please let us know if any children in the group have food allergies prior to the visit.

If you are interested in bringing a group of children to the restaurant, please contact Jen Harvey on jen@fifteencornwall.co.uk
