We have a policy at Fifteen Cornwall to source at least 80% of our produce locally and we don’t just apply that to the kitchen. We try, wherever possible to extend it to other parts of the restaurant as well which is why we’ve chosen to use St Kitt’s Herbery products in our restaurant toilets.
