European delivery costs £9.50 with a maximum parcel size of 1.5kg. For any of our heavier items (wines, oils hampers etc.) please contact us on 01637 861000 opt. 1
We cannot deliver outside of Europe for anything other than vouchers.

Vouchers are small and light and therefore cheaper to post. If you do buy other items along with them you will be charged the higher postage cost.

For vouchers a signature is required on delivery. If you think you will be out when the postman calls we can send your parcel to an alternative address, just let us know when you place your order.

For Express delivery on voucher orders placed Monday to Thursday before 2pm delivery will be next day.

Express post is only possible in mainland UK. (Unfortunately it is not guaranteed to certain areas, these are Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly or the Scottish Islands and Irelands.)

Please note that weekends and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.

Where do you deliver?

We can deliver anywhere in the UK for most parcels – anywhere the postman can get to for our restaurant vouchers!

The countries in the European Airmail zone are; Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria (EU), Azerbaijan, Azores (EU),Balearic Islands (EU), Belarus, Belgium (EU), Bosnia Herzegovina, Bulgaria (EU), Canary Islands, Corsica (EU), Croatia, Cyprus (EU), Czech Republic (EU), Denmark (EU), Estonia (EU), Faroe Islands, Finland (EU), France (EU), Georgia, Germany (EU), Gibraltar (EU), Greece (EU), Greenland, Hungary (EU), Iceland, Irish Republic (EU), Italy (EU), Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia (EU), Liechtenstein, Lithuania (EU), Luxembourg (EU), Macedonia, Madeira (EU), Malta (EU), Moldova, Monaco (EU), Montenegro, Netherlands (EU), Norway, Poland (EU), Portugal (EU), Romania (EU), Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia (EU), Slovenia (EU), Spain (EU), Sweden (EU), Switzerland, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Vatican City State.

Rest of World covers all countries not covered in European Airmail zone.

Do you always meet your delivery timescales?

It is not always possible to meet our delivery timescales. There may be delays with the postal service or we could have a problem with availability although we will try to only sell items when we have them. If the delivery is going to be delayed, we'll let you know and see whether you still want us to send the order.

Please allow up to 15 working days and if you still haven’t received your package we will then arrange for it to be resent.

Weather information

There are still severe weather warnings for some parts of the country. We are confident that the majority of our deliveries will arrive in time for Christmas, but for a small number of orders this may not be the case.

What’s your return/exchange policy?

If you want to return or exchange something for any reason at all you have upto 28 days to return the item to us from the date of dispatch. As long as we receive the returned item in a saleable condition with the original packaging we will arrange the refund or exchange within 30 days.

Returned and exchanged items are returned at your expense. We recommend that items being returned be sent via insured, trackable delivery as they are your responsibility until they arrive with us.

Returned gift items have to be refunded to the original purchaser.

Please note the following exceptions apply; sale items need to be returned within seven days of receipt. Magazines are not returnable because of their short shelf-life.

What if the items are damaged in transit?

If your items are damaged during the mailing process we will happily arrange a replacement to be sent on our receipt of the damaged goods. The damaged goods would need to be returned along with all the original packaging. We would also refund you the cost of the return postage as long as you provide a receipt.

What happens if the item is faulty?

We think that it is unlikely you should receive any faulty goods as each item is carefully checked before packaging. But if this were the case then we would refund you for the return postage (please ensure a receipt is enclosed) and on receipt will send you a replacement immediately.
