Gift voucher orders

Standard UK delivery is £2.95.

Europe and North America delivery is £7.

If you need the vouchers quickly then we can send via Royal Mails next day delivery for £6.50.

This is available for orders placed before 1pm, orders received after this will be dispatched on the next working day.

Next day delivery is only possible in mainland UK. (Unfortunately it is not guaranteed to certain areas, these are Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly or the Scottish Islands.

Vouchers are small and light and therefore cheaper to post. If you do buy other items along with them you will be charged the higher postage cost.

Delivery times

We will do our best to dispatch your order as soon as possible and it should take between 2-7 working days for UK orders depending on whether it is a busy time.

The majority of our orders are tracked and therefore will require a signature on delivery.If you know you are usually out when the postman calls you can ask us to send your parcel to a different address when you place your order.

 Please allow upto 15 working days and if you still haven’t received your package we will then arrange for it to be resent.

Food, drink and merchandise orders

UK delivery is £4.95.

Delivery available to Europe and North America. The charge varies depending on the weight and destination. The cost of delivery will be calculated once you have entered your delivery details.

We are unable to dispatch food and drink products outside of Europe due to custom regulations and also any freshly made products or those that require refrigeration are not suitable for transporting overseas.

For Europe and Rest of World orders should take between 8-14 working days. Please note that for overseas orders we are only able to deliver to your billing address.

If it is not possible to meet our delivery timescales due to problems with availability or delays with the postal service we’ll let you know and see whether you still want us to send the order.
