Our very own assistant restaurant manager, Oliver Gibson - arguably the best marathon man in the county (no argument if you ask him!), is taking part in this year’s New York marathon on 7th November and of course will be wearing race number 15! Oli will be running the gruelling 26.2 miles on behalf of our charity the Cornwall Foundation of Promise which funds our chef training programme every year.
