Fontodi extra virgin olive oil 50cl
Our chefs love to use this olive oil in cooking - especially with meats. It is full flavoured with grassy notes, followed by a peppery kick, perfect for a final seasoning of dishes!
Description
This fantastic extra virgin olive oil is biodynamically produced by Giovani Manetti on the Fontodi estate in the Chianti region of Italy. It is best used with meat and for finishing dishes, but is also perfect with freshly baked bread.
It was sourced by Jamie Oliver and the Fifteen apprentice chefs on an annual sourcing trip to Tuscany.

This oil is one of the best I have tasted and is extremely good value for money. It's depth of flavour means it only takes a few drops to lift a simple salad of mixed leaves to a whole new level of taste.
I have given it as a gift for friends and family, who also tell me that they too love the product and have not tasted nicer.
I would buy multiple in one go.... if a discount was offered for 6 or 12 bottles. -

I have used this oil since 15 Cornwall first opened and hate not having some around.Powerful and great for dipping with some balsamic vinegar. -

We first sampled an olive oil from this supplier in the restaurant and found it absolutely wonderful and so there was nothing for it but that I had to purchase a bottle of it for my lunch guest. Fingers crossed it goes down well as part of his Christmas present ! -

Bought to go with the Olives I also bought , as i had tried them at fifteen in Cornwall and really enjoyed them . I buy some local baked bread and have a tasty munch at the weekend . The internet purchase was easy hassel free , they arrived in dood condition and in good time . Will buy from again
