Brimming with Cornish rattler, amaretto, brandy and marsala and packed with plump fruit and spices, this fabulous festive pud is a great yuletide gift for family and friends.
Our puddings are made by our talented apprentices under the watchful eye of Andy Appleton, our head chef and Hannah Croft, our pastry chef. They come wrapped in a beautiful cream and orange box which have been made for us in England.
