Fontodi extra virgin olive oil 50cl
We serve this oil in the restaurant with our delicious Italian breads. It is full flavoured with grassy notes, followed by a peppery taste which mellows over time.
This fantastic extra virgin olive oil is biodynamically produced by Giovani Manetti on the Fontodi estate in the Chianti region of Italy. It is best used on salads and for finishing dishes, but is also perfect with freshly baked bread.
It is sourced by Jamie Oliver and the Fifteen apprentice chefs on an annual sourcing trip to Tuscany.
