What a treat we have for you in the run up to Christmas! We’re bringing the sights, scents and flavours of Italy’s most famous region to Fifteen Cornwall for our three–course Taste of Tuscany lunch.

Tuscany is an amazing part of Italy: the seat of the Renaissance, birthplace of Puccini and home to a staggering 10% of the world’s cultural heritage. But it’s the food we love most. Wait till you taste it.

The dishes are deceptively simple; a few key ingredients untouched by excess sauces and seasoning. It’s a philosophy we share – let great food speak for itself!

Get ready for dishes like insalata di polpo, an authentic octopus salad, coniglio in umido con olive verdi, slow cooked rabbit with tomato and green olives or Castagnaccio, a delicious chestnut flour cake.
