Cornwall Foundation of Promise

The Foundation exists to inspire disadvantaged young people in Cornwall - to believe that they can create great careers for themselves.

We provide unique opportunities for our young people to learn about the hospitality and catering industry through training and practical experience. College learning is supplemented by real-world experience through placements and understanding and respect for local industry. We want to help people to believe in themselves, to know that they can achieve anything they want in their lives despite what setbacks they may already have experienced.

The Cornwall Foundation mirrors the inspiration of the Fifteen Foundation set up by Jamie Oliver, and the Fifteen Cornwall restaurant is now operating as its flagship enterprise at Watergate Bay.
