Our Totally Cornish lunches are back!

Fifteen Cornwall is celebrating our local producers and suppliers by taking our sourcing policy one step further to create ‘Totally Cornish’.

We are offering a special three course lunch which will sit alongside our normal a la carte menu featuring the best of Cornish seasonal produce. Think roast squash soup, steamed Fowey mussels with smoked bacon as well as grilled line-caught mackerel.

‘Totally Cornish’ is supporting the Celebration of Food 2011 and all profits will be going to the Cornwall Foundation of Promise to fund our apprentice chef programme.

To celebrate our Totally Cornish season Fifteen Cornwall have teamed up with Isles of Scilly Travel, and
The Hotel & Extreme Academy, Watergate Bay to create a fantastic Totally Cornish competition.

The lucky winner will be treated, with a friend, to a one night bed and breakfast stay at the gorgeous Hotel & Extreme Academy, Watergate Bay. They will then travel on to The Isles of Scilly courtesy of Skybus and enjoy a two night stay with dinner, bed and breakfast at the renowned Hell Bay Hotel, Bryher, returning to The Hotel & Extreme Academy for their final night where they will be indulged with five course tasting menu at Fifteen Cornwall.

Do you fancy staying at two amazing Cornish locations and dinning at the best Cornish restaurants?

You will start your journey at Watergate Bay, a spectacular beach on the North Cornwall coast. The Hotel & Extreme Academy brings beach life right up to date with some of the most gorgeous accommodation in Cornwall and you will be spending the first night of our tour here.
Then its aboard the Skybus at Newquay Airport to get a bird’s eye view of the Cornish coast before you arrive at St. Mary’s, Isles of Scilly. You will have the opportunity to view the true beauty of the islands as you journey on to Bryher by boat eventually arriving at the fabulous Hell Bay Hotel, rated as one of the top 100 hotels in the world by Sunday Times Travel Magazine. You will stay for two nights dinner, bed and breakfast before returning to the mainland. Hell Bay Hotel is a big supporter of the Fifteen Cornwall apprentice programme and is home to one of our previous graduates.

From Newquay Airport it is a short trip back to Watergate Bay where you will spend your final night at The Hotel & Extreme Academy and what better way to end the perfect Cornish trip than with a sumptuous, Italian inspired, five course dinner at Fifteen Cornwall.
