We’re taking a walk on the wild side this winter with our special three course lunches.

The days may be short and the temperature plummeting, but at Fifteen Cornwall we are happy – winter is one of our favourite seasons. Nature is giving us lots to get excited about so we are getting wild…If you know where to look, Cornwall has an abundance of wild food on land, sea and air. We’ll be making the most of winter’s fare with hearty, traditional game, like roast pheasant; venison ragu and Cornish partridge; some of the counties beautiful, lesser known varieties of fish; and delicious vegetables like wild fennel and samphire from Cornwall’s coastline and moorlands.
