This autumn, we’re taking inspiration from Jamie and Gennaro’s tour around Italy, as they returned to the roots of traditional Italian cooking and learned tricks of the trade from the masters of pasta – Italy’s nonnas.
Our professional chefs have been sharing their own favourite dishes while passing on knowledge and expertise to our Fifteen Apprentices – giving them one-to-one training to help them to perfect their skills.
We’re showcasing some of these best-loved dishes on our All Italian menu. Join us for an exploration into traditional Italian flavours and sample dishes passed from one generation to the next, just like Jamie and Gennaro.
