A very messy Fifteen Friday Face- Gary!
Earlier this year whilst we were closed for our revamp, we were joined by a lovely bunch of new Front of House staff. One smiley, enthusiastic new face is Gary. Gary joins the Fifteen family after a three year stint working for Jamie’s Italian. He was based at the Kingston and Guildford branches, but helped out at lots of the other new openings too. He tells me he was also responsible for a number of drinks on the cocktail list, so I’m looking forward to finding out what he likes to drink. Here goes…
What do you do when you are at Fifteen Cornwall?
“I am a waiter, story teller and journeyman! My job is giving customers an experience.”
What do you do when you are n
ot at Fifteen Cornwall?
“On my days off I play guitar, spend as much time as I can with my family and find some fun wherever I can.”
How was you first day at Fifteen Cornwall?
“My first day was emotional… literally! We had an emotional intelligence day. Within hours of meeting the team. I was giving out plus 10’s on how much I loved them. It was a nice ice breaker!”
Tell us about the best dish you’ve eaten at Fifteen…
“Best dish, hmmm…. I have a sweet tooth, so I would say a Panna Cotta never fails to impress me!”
Tell us about your favourite drink…
“My fave drink is a Margarita! So many cool twists you can do with it as well. Mmmmm wishing it was it was summer now”
What would your dessert island disc be (album)?
“Hard, very hard. Either Frightened Rabbit-The Midnight Organ Fight or anything by Bruce Springsteen.”
Who would you invite to your last supper?
“I’m not one for huge crowds, so I’d have all my brothers, my Mum, little nephew Archie and for entertainment Tim Vine. If I had celebs the conversation would be awkward. Oh and I’d need my last supper cooked by my Gran, she’s a wizard in the kitchen.”
Finally make us laugh…

Happy Birthday for Tuesday Gary!
