Our large plates showcase the best of Cornish fish and meat with Philip Warren aged rib-eye, cooked to perfection on the josper for added depth of flavour, free range chicken with cannellini beans, purple sprouting broccoli and salmoriglio and fresh Cornish fish with smoked peas, Tropea onion and farro. Add our spring contorni plates to any dish or perhaps select a few for the table to share. Choose from Cornish early potatoes, roast spring leeks with almonds or spring leaves with creamy barilotto cheese made from Buffalo milk.
