Andy Appleton has been a big part of the Fifteen family for many years now; originally a Senior Sous chef at Fifteen London, he was part of the team that launched the Fifteen concept back in 2002. Andy loves everything about Italian food and has been Head Chef at several London restaurants including the Dakota in Nottinghill and the Italian-style Tabernacle Bar and Grill in Shoreditch, London before moving to Fifteen London and eventually Fifteen Cornwall in 2007. He’s been Head Chef here since March 2010.
