Apprentice Awards for October 2013

Apprentice of the Month: Jordan GeorgeJordan

Jordan’s consistent enthusiasm and passion for becoming a professional chef is infectious. During the last month he has proven himself just that little bit more, which is why he has been chosen as apprentice of the month. During half term he took on extra shifts – he couldn’t keep away from the kitchen! He still hasn’t missed a day on the course, and has gone from strength to strength in his welfare sessions with Matt Thomas.

As a reflection of his achievements Jordan will be visiting Vilnius this month with our CEO Matthew Thomson to represent the Fifteen Cornwall Apprentice Programme at a European conference. Well done Jordan, well deserved.

Progress by Personal Development: Michael HodgsonMichael

Mike has really turned things around in the last few weeks. His performance in the kitchen has improved considerably, and he has also done some great work with his welfare sessions too.
For his improvement in personal development Mike has been given a Jamie’s 30 Minute Meals cookbook. Well done Mike, keep up the good work!
