Apprentice week & new adventures
We’ve reached the end of Apprentice Week, where our apprentices took centre stage and under the watchful eyes of our professional chefs put the past 18 months of training under the spotlight and ran breakfast and lunch service throughout the week.
Understandably they’re feeling pretty tired but are really pleased with how the week went. We’ve had some great feedback from our diners and the apprentices certainly rose to the occasion. Here’s a sneaky peek of some of the dishes they created this week.
