Terms & Conditions – Christmas Noel competition
These are the terms and conditions that govern the relationship between you, the entrant and Fifteen Cornwall of On the Beach, Watergate Bay, Cornwall, TR8 4AA
The following people are not eligible to enter the competition:
• Employees of Fifteen Cornwall and its respective subsidiaries and associated companies including the prize suppliers
• Immediate family members of Fifteen Cornwall employees or members of their household
Fifteen Cornwall assumes that by entering the competition you have the legal capacity to do so and agree to these terms and conditions.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter the competition you will need to design Christmas Noel and send the photo to us via post, email or Facebook.
Only one entry is allowed per person.
There is no entry fee and no purchase required.
Entries must be submitted in photo form through the designated entry channels.
The Promotion opens at 00:01am on Thursday 15th November and closes at midnight on Friday 30th November 2012. Only Entries received by Fifteen Cornwall before the closing date will be entered into the free prize draw.
There is one (1) prize a) breakfast for 2 adults and mximum 3 children at Fifteen Cornwall.
The prize must be taken between 1st December 2012 and 31st August 2013, excluding school holidays and bank holidays (Cornish term time) Booking is subject to availability.
The prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable. There is no cash alternative. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to provide the stated prize, we reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
Any extras not detailed in the prize will be charged in full.
All drinks will be chargeable.
The winner is required to provide their own transport.
The prize must not be used in conjunction with any other booking
SELECTION OF WINNER
All eligible entries will be entered into the free prize draw.
One winner will be selected on 30th November at Fifteen Cornwall at the address above and in accordance with these terms and conditions. The draw will be supervised by an independent person.
The winning entry will be the one who is selected by an independent person depending on their photo entry.
We will try to notify the winner by email and/or telephone and confirmation will follow in the mail within seven (7) business days of such notification date.
If the winner cannot be contacted after two (2) attempts within seven (7) business days of the draw date, we reserve the right to select an alternate winner.
We reserve the right to select an alternative winner in the event that we have reasonable grounds for believing that a winner has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions.
The name and home county of the winner will be available for one (1) month after the end of the Promotion Period by sending a stamped self- addressed envelope to Ellie Garland at the address set out above or by emailing email@example.com
By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (which may be amended or varied at any time by us with or without notice), by our decisions which are final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
All changes to the Terms and Conditions will be posted in revised terms and conditions on the website.
Personal information collected from entrants will be used by us solely in connection with the competition and will not be disclosed to any third party except for the purpose of operating the competition and fulfilling prizes where applicable, unless you have ‘opted in’ to receive further information from Fifteen Cornwall and/or the relevant third parties involved in providing the prize.
By entering the competition you agree to the use of your name, address and/or photograph as well as attending any required publicity events without any additional compensation if you are the winner.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
