Cohort 3 back from work experience
If you’ve been keeping up with our blog, then you’ll know that our third cohort of apprentices have finished their time with us at Fifteen Cornwall and have recently been on work experience at various establishments – mainly local, but a couple further afield! Well, they’ve just come back and although I’ve not managed to catch up with all of them, I’ve heard through the foundation team that they all did extremely well and we’re hoping that many of them will go straight into full time employment.
In fact, since completing her work experience, Natalie who had a great time working for Kevin Viner at Viners in Summercourt has been offered a full time job working for the Tanner brothers at the Barbican Kitchen in Plymouth so a big congratulations to her! We also received a lovely email from the guys at Toscanini about Kieran which makes us all at Fifteen Cornwall, feel very proud:
We had a great time working with Keiran. Dedicated to the job, eager to learn, patient, keen on quality, team player and besides all this a nice guy as well! Thank you for supplying us a great trainee.
We can’t wait to have them all back together on 11th June for their special graduation ceremony here at Watergate Bay when Jamie will be presenting them with their Fifteen certificates and dog tags. It’s a great celebration amongst family, friends and supporters and I’ll be blogging more in the lead up to the event so make sure you stay tuned!
