What do you do when you are at Fifteen Cornwall?
“I work very hard, have a laugh with the fellow chefs and make sure everything gets done.”
What do you do when you are not at Fifteen Cornwall?
“I travel a lot to see my friends up in Taunton, where I am originally from.”
How was your first day at Fifteen Cornwall?
“It was eventful, it was my first time working in a restaurant focused on Italian cuisine. It was April so not too hectic.”
Tell us about the best dish you have ever eaten at Fifteen Cornwall…
“The best dish I have sampled at fifteen was probably back in asparagus season when I first started. It was a salad of Lee Carter’s Cornish lobster with beautiful sweet asparagus and tarragon aioli. ”
Tell us about your favourite drink…
“I have two… Cornish Rattler and Thatcher’s Cheddar Valley. I love cider!”
What would be your ‘Desert Island Disc'(album)?
“James Devlin, he just tells the truth in what he sings. I lived in London for a year and my favourite song on the album called ‘London City’ paints a real picture of London.”
What would be your desert Island ingredient?
“Chocolate, I always bring in chocolate”
Who would you invite to your last supper?
“All my friends and Gordon Ramsay.”
If you could eat dinner at any restaurant this evening where would it be and why?
“Again it’s back to Ramsay, it would be Royal Hospital Road. I am really inspired by Gordon Ramsay, I really looked up to him when I was younger.”
