“Spend time with my son.”

“Hectic, I was on front of house and I didn’t know what I was doing.”

“I like the Caprese- mozzarella, heritage tomatoes and basil. I think that’s my favourite dish!”

“Sizzla- The Overstanding.”

“Vosey (one of our Sous Chefs), we’d have a laugh!”
