What do you do when you are at Fifteen Cornwall?
“I am currently on the sauce section, where I prepare and cook the garnishes for the main courses.”
What do you do when you are not at Fifteen Cornwall?
“Mostly look after my twin boys and ride a bike of some description at any time possible, sometimes a bmx and sometimes a road bike.”
How was your first day at Fifteen Cornwall?
“Eye-opening. It was differnt to anywhere I had ever worked. It was busy and I was very much in at the deep end, but it was a good day”
Tell us about the best dish you have ever eaten at Fifteen Cornwall…
“I’m going to go for the porcini pasta Andi Richardson made with Horn of Plenty mushrooms and hazelnuts.”
Tell us about your favourite drink…
“I like red wine, I like gin and tonic, I’m into gin and orange juice at the minute, but I do also really like real ale.”
What would be your ‘Desert Island Disc'(album)?
“I have a varied taste in music so it’s hard to pick. Out of loyaltyI ‘m going to go for a band called Treasure Tones (my wifes former band).“
What would be your desert Island ingredient?
“Vanilla- I love it!”
Who would you invite to your last supper?
“Tommy Simpson and Stephen Murray, both cycling legends.”
If you could eat dinner at any restaurant this evening where would it be and why?
“El Cellar de can Rocca, I am intrested to see how amazing their food can be, I’m told it’s not far off gastronomic perfection.”
