“I am part of the management team for the floor and I also do the rotas.”
What do you do when you are not at Fifteen Cornwall?
“Spend time with friends and family. Oooo and I do like to go out for a nice dinner”
“How was your first day at Fifteen Cornwall?
“My first day was the first ever indution day when Fiteen opened. We all met in the Beach Hut and had our induction there, it was pretty daunting. Then we went for a mountain boarding session which was fun. It was nice beacuse everyone was in the same boat.”
Tell us about the best dish you have ever eaten at Fifteen…
“Its a toss up between the fillet steak or I do like the squash risotto, oh no risotto primavera.”
Tell us about your favourite drink?
“It’s got to be a Rum Fashioned or a Mojito”
What would be your ‘Desert Island Disc’ (album)?
“Tough one, depends what mood I’m in, at the moment… oh can I make a mix tape. It would involve Stevie Wonder, the main man MJ and I am loving a a bit of Rudimental and 1975.”
What would be your desert Island ingredient?
Who would you invite to your Last Supper?
“A romantic dinner for two with me and Ryan Gosling (my dog Alan can come too, he might bite Ryan, but thats ok)”
