Fifteen Friday Face- James
Since James joined our Front of House team here at Fifteen Cornwall just few months ago, we have been inundated with lovely feedback about the wonderful service he has given our guests. We thought you might like to get to know him a little better:
What do you do when you are at Fifteen Cornwall?
“I like to think I charm our lovely customers.”
What do you do when you are not at Fifteen Cornwall?
“I am trying to learn to surf (badly).”
How was your first day at Fifteen Cornwall?
“It was a bit crazy, it was the middle of Summer, my Italian wasn’t very good. It still isn’t, but we’re improving.”
Tell us about the best dish you have ever eaten at Fifteen Cornwall…
“I don’t know errrrrr… risotto is pretty good we had it with autumn truffle, we weren’t quite rich enough for the white truffle.”
Tell us about your favourite drink…
“I like the Mootini.”
What would be your ‘Desert Island Disc'(album)?
“Oasis, What’s the Story Morning Glory.“
What would be your desert Island ingredient?
Who would you invite to your last supper?
“I reckon at the moment it would have to be Elvis; I have a strange fascination with him at the moment.”
If you could eat dinner at any restaurant this evening where would it be and why?
“I would eat at Smithills Coaching House, it shut down about three years ago but used to do the best mixed grills.”
Thanks James 🙂
