Fifteen Friday Face- Jen Harvey
This week I caught up with another Fifteen Superstar, busy bee Jen Harvey as she set up in the marquee for tomorrow’s Farmers’ Market…
What do you do when you are at Fifteen Cornwall?
“Official job title is Head of Reservations and Events, but i can be a bit of anything and everything.”
What do you do when you are not at Fifteen Cornwall?
“Eat, run, help out my husband with his business and sleep.”
How was your first day at Fifteen Cornwall?
“Busy, it was a bank holiday Monday and i was on toast on my own, but i thought if i survived that i could survive anything Fifteen could throw at me afterwards.”
Tell us about the best dish you have ever eaten at Fifteen.
“If you’d have asked me a couple of weeks ago i would have said a pasta dish, but i came in for dinner the week before last and had the Longhorn fillet and it was amazing. i wouldn’t usually pick beef, but this was so good, i would recomend it to anyone.”
Tell us about your favourite drink?
“Willy B made me a Negroni the other day which i really enjoyed because i love a bit of Campari, but i really enjoy fruity but dry white wines and Provence roses, very dry, very pale. i could just do with a glass of wine right now, that would make the rest of these jobs seem a lot easier”
What would be your ‘Desert Island Disc’ (album)?
“The Beatles, Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band”
Who would you invite to your Last Supper?
“My family and friends and Jenson Button.”
Finally, make us all laugh…
“I do have a joke, my sister told me, but its very offensive so i am not sure if it’s suitable…”
Jen told me her offensive joke and made me laugh loads and then more by pulling a funny, ugly face. So far she is definitely in the lead for the funniest Fifteen Friday Face! If you’d like to see the fruits of Jen’s labour come down and join us at our Farmers’ Market tomorrow (16th March 2013).
