This Halloween Punch cocktail is easy to make at home and will stir up all the spirits of Halloween!!
Halloween Punch Cocktail
50ml Talisker Single Malt Scotch Whisky or your preferred choice of Whisky
50ml orange juice
25ml spiced honey
Sprig of fresh Rosemary
Spring of fresh Rosemary
Pumpkin zest cut into long match like pieces
If you don’t have Whisky or Benedictine but you do have Drambuie, use 75ml of Drambuie instead and only 12.5ml of spiced honey
You can make your own spiced honey by stirring some cinnamon and ginger into clear honey
Place one of the Rosemary sprigs and the spiced honey into a shaker or a closed container, 3/4 filled with ice cubes and muddle (gently stir).
Add the whisky, benedictine and orange juice and shake for 6 to 7 seconds.
Strain into a high ball glass (tall glass) which is full of ice and garnish.
