For the new year we have made some exciting changes to our evening menu. Our sharing options have moved onto the a la carte dinner menu and we have introduced a five course vegetarian tasting menu to run alongside our signature tasting menu to provide more choice for our vegetarian customers.
Our Head Chef Adam Banks is a big advocate of whole plant eating and believes that vegetables should have as much importance in dishes as their fish and meat counterparts. Out of respect for the passion and effort which has gone into growing the produce, Adam champions a root to tip ethos to the wonderful seasonal vegetables we have available from both our local and specialist Italian producers. Adam’s dishes are experimental and innovative and he is always looking at ways to extend the seasons by pickling, preserving and fermenting anything that is not used on the day.
