The team at Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen Cornwall have launched a series of exciting collaborations for Autumn and Winter, inviting their friends from the world of food and wine to collaborate on some amazing events at the iconic Watergate Bay landmark restaurant, including wine producers, whisky makers, and some leading talent from London’s food scene.
This season of special events promise to be lively, fun evenings of fantastic food and wine. Customer’s are advised to book ahead so as not to miss out.

An evening with Vinteloper Vineyard
The season kicks off with an exclusive wine tasting and 5 course tasting menu on the 21 September 2016. Vinteloper Vineyard and Red Squirrel Wines will host this informal, fun five course wine tasting experience. This will be an informal, relaxed evening. - 28 September 2016 Whiskey Tasting and Anti-pasti
An intimate evening around our bar hosted by Alwynne Gwilt from William Grant & Sons UK who will showcase some of their ancient reserves, starting with a whisky based cocktail on arrival followed by a flight of four ancient reserve whiskies. Fifteen Cornwall’s chefs will create mouthwatering antipasti with a strong game presence to accompany, with the likes of wild boar and cured venison on the menu to compliment the whiskies.
- Thursday 10 November 2016 – Guest chef collaboration: Tom Adams, founder and chef of Pitt Cue, is a true British barbecue pioneer and has built a reputation for his American-inspired barbecue cooking. He recently opened Coombeshead, a rural retreat based in Lewannick, Cornwall, alongside his business partner April Bloomfield, who also holds a Michelin star at two of her six Manhattan restaurants in America, The Spotted Pig and The Breslin. Tom will join the Fifteen Cornwall Chefs to create a very special feasting menu cooked on a fire pit oven built on Watergate Bay Beach. Tickets £55 pp for 3 courses.
- Thursday 1 December 2016 – Guest chef collaboration: Dan Doherty, Group Executive Chef, Duck & Waffle. Dan, one of the most prominent chefs on London’s culinary scene, and Group Executive Chef at the Duck and Waffle, will be joining the Fifteen Cornwall Chefs to create a special five course tasting menu interspersing his signature dishes with our own. Dan’s signature dishes include playful, ingredient-driven offerings such as the Spicy Ox Cheek Doughnut. Tickets £115 pp including wine package £65 excluding the wine package

All the profits from Fifteen Cornwall go to its registered charity, Cornwall Food Foundation who manage the award-winning Apprentice Programme. Using the magic of food these vital funds help young people in Cornwall, who are in need of a second chance, to become the chefs of the future.
