At breakfast our smoothie of the day is a firm favourite with our guests, ideal for balancing out the amazing Fifteen Fry Up. At this time of year we’re making the most of summer berries, but this changes depending on the season. In a blender combine a handful of fresh pineapple chunks, a couple of handfuls of mixed fresh berries (we’re using blueberries, strawberries and raspberries at the moment), one whole peeled banana and a little pineapple juice to get the consistency right. Blitz, pour, enjoy!
