Drum roll please as we welcome a new face to the Fifteen Cornwall kitchen this summer! Introducing Mariana Chaves, born and raised in Rio de Janeiro and joining us from the Jamie Oliver family, straight out of Fifteen London.
Mariana was taught by her father to cook Brazilian and Portuguese cuisine at his restaurant, Baviera before adding to her learned skills with professional training at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in London. Once qualified she went on to work with Nuno Mendes within his collection of restaurants, Viajante, The Corner Room and The Loft Project, after which she joined the Jamie Oliver family as head pastry chef at Fifteen London.
Mariana joins us as Pastry Chef, bringing with her a passion for exciting new flavour combinations and stunning desserts.
