Try our Head Chef’s porridge, a staff break team favourite or the ultimate green breakfast with poached eggs, avocado, kale and buckwheat on Coombeshead sourdough toast. Children and adults alike will love our twist on a pancake with our Ricotta hot cakes, topped with smoked streaky bacon and honey or seasonal slow-cooked fruit and mascarpone. We’ve taken inspiration from Jamie with his potato rosti recipe, topped with Drake’s pudding and a duck egg for a local Cornish twist.
