Watergate Bay Hotel

Without the Watergate Bay Hotel, Fifteen Cornwall would never have happened – the project was conceived, supported and financially backed by this forward thinking business.

White Stuff

Fifteen Cornwall is supported by White Stuff. The restaurant staff have been fully kitted out in super-cool White Stuff clothing and they provide all our fabulous girls, and boys, with their uniforms. We are the chosen charity for White Stuff Truro who continue to support us through the White Stuff Foundation by hosting a series of fundraising events in their shop throughout the year.

Google Inc. support us by providing search 
advertising on their search engine via the Google Grants programme.



Cornwall Council

Cornwall Council contributed funding for Fifteen Cornwall and has been a tireless supporter of the project.

Cornwall College

Cornwall College Camborne has provided the students with all the vocational training they need to become qualified chefs while also having been instrumental in making bids for public money.



Job Centre Plus

Truro 
Job Centre Plus was instrumental in recruiting the students, and also contributed very significant funding through both their Community Action Team budget and co-financing. They have moved heaven and earth to make sure Fifteen Cornwall was possible.

Devon and Cornwall Learning Skills Council

The Devon and Cornwall Learning Skills Council has given Fifteen Cornwall tremendous support and has provided invaluable funding through both their Local Initiative Fund and co-financing.

Savoy Educational Trust

The Savoy Educational Trust have funded our 10th cohort of apprentices this year by covering costs for chef whites. This equipment is vital for our apprentices in enabling them to complete their qualifications VRQ Level 1 and NVQ Level 2, both in the kitchen and at college.



St Austell Brewery

St Austell 
Brewery has made a substantial donation, given us top of the range refrigerators for the restaurant and will be providing ongoing training for the restaurant staff.

James Hallam Insurance Brokers

James Hallam is a leading privately owned, independent Insurance Broker and Risk Manager based in several locations across the UK.
 They act for a wide range of corporate and ‘not for profit’ organisations and can provide solutions for all their insurance needs including Risk Management. They offer a pro-active and highly personal service where creativity and quality are critical.

Kin Knives

Kin Knives are top quality Japanese knives and the company has kindly agreed to support the Cornwall Food Foundation by donating 4 knives a year. Every three months, a knife will be presented to the top apprentice of that quarter.

Ritter Courivaud

Importers and distributors of the finest foods. They have provided free produce for our graduation ceremonies each year.

Tinder-Box

Tinder-Box work with us to provide personal coaching and team development to the apprentices. Supporting them both during their apprenticeship and as they transition into their first professional roles outside of Fifteen.

Simon Burt Photography

Local photographer Simon Burt has been working with Fifteen Cornwall since the very beginning and supports us by providing the first shots of the new recruits for free every year. Simon has over 20 years’ experience as a professional photographer and maintains an impressive list of commissions by delivering effective, powerful and iconic images to his clients.

Liberty Wines

In little over a decade Liberty Wines has established itself as one of the UK’s foremost wine importers. Liberty Wines organise and generously cover the costs of our apprentice’s trip to Italy each year.

Enotria

Enotria is one of the UK’s leading wine companies. From its humble beginnings working with a few friendly Italian wineries over 35 years ago, it now supplies a range as strong in the new world wines of Australia and South America as in Italy and France.

La Credenza

La Credenza are suppliers of authentic Italian produce including buffalo mozzarella and burrata and artisan cured meats, salamis and hams

Great Western Railways

First Great Western operates high speed, commuter, regional and branch line train services from London to South Wales, the West of England, Devon and Cornwall, including a sleeper service from London to Penzance. They support our training programme by kindly offering rail travel for our apprentices when it’s required for sourcing trips and are the sponsors of our Spring and Autumn Fayre.

BT Cornwall – Alfi

Alfi are sponsoring our Training and Development Chef for the next year; this means vital training for the young people we work with, that without that support and expertise would not be able to fulfil successful training and careers.
Alfi provides quality services and equipment to people with long-term health conditions. These help keep you safe and well at home for longer, so you can enjoy a more independent life.
