Bring together family and friends and join us for a very special Christmas Day with a festive menu created by Head Chef Adam Banks.
Inspired by traditional Italian Christmas fare but as ever with our own Cornish twist, experience a five course menu featuring the season’s finest ingredients with deliciously luxurious treats.
Start with canapés for the table, a seasonal insalata before a primi of handmade ravioli with cauliflower, goat’s cheese taleggio and truffle. Choose your secondi from a selection of stunning dishes: Salt baked local celeriac with chestnut and duck egg; Dry aged beef from Launceston farmers, Phillip Warren; or Monkfish, landed in Newlyn, all served with roast potatoes, brassicas and cotechino.
Finish with a decadent dolci of Italian chocolate mousse, Christmas pudding icecream and roasted pear or with a Stichelton cheese with plum butter and Coombeshead bread.
Priced at £99 per person with half-sized portions available for children under 12 at £49.50.
