Christmas Day at Fifteen
Gather family and friends and join us for a very special Christmas Day lunch with a festive menu created by Head Chef Adam Banks. Forget traditional turkey with all the trimmings, our Christmas menu takes inspiration from Italian traditions with a Cornish twist.
Start with a glass of prosecco and antipasti for the table to share follwed by four festive courses of Italin inspired dishes made with fantastic seasonal produce. Dishes include rotolo of Crown Prince squash with buffalo ricotta, roast Cornish goose with slow cooked goose leg ragu or josper grilled Cornish monkifsh. Indulge in choclate log with quince caramel roasted chestnut and spiced crème fraîche or savour vintage Montgomery cheese, coombeshead bread and apple and blackberry butter. See the full menu below
Priced at £89 per person with half-size portions for children under 12 at £44.50. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
