Our handmade rotolo pasta, stuffed with ricotta, spinach, wild garlic and walnut pesto in a lemon butter sauce will get you started, a Tuscan dish the whole family will enjoy. Tuck into josper-grilled lamb leg with pecorino, mint, charred baby gem lettuce served with a Jersey royal potato salad before finishing with simnel cake, creme fraiche mousse and almond brittled, from Pastry Chef Mariana.
